Structured, intense wine aged in Allier and Tronçais barrels for 6 months. 
Golden yellow color, fruity aroma with hints of wood, soft and velvety taste and hints of vanilla.
It shows mainly suited to dishes with fish and shellfish or with soft and seasoned cheeses.

    GRAPES: Grillo 100%

    CULTIVATIONS: vineyards are cultivated as “alberello” type, on a low-yield per hectare

    CLIMATE: mild winter, dry spring and dry summer

    HARVEST: hands-on; a little early

    VINIFICATION TECNIQUES: picked from the bunchs, macerated at 4° C for 6 hours with its peels and then softly pressed

    ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 13.5% vol.


    STORAGE: lying down bottle in a very cool (12°-14° C) place with 60% of humidity
